For many years ACWACO has operated in a carefully formed network of specialists. Our extremely high technical objectives are achieved in close cooperation with our long-term partners and subcontractors.
Scientific research
Scientific research relating to metrology of AcWaCo has been done by specialists of the Centre for Metrology and Accreditation (MIKES), which is the highest metrology authority in our country and one of the best in Europe.
Hardware
Design, development and manufacturing of AcWaCo devices is done by Exens Development Ltd. Exens is not only a subcontractor but also the second largest shareholder of ACWACO, so the co-operation with Exens is very close at all levels, from engineering to management.
Test environment
The test environment for nanotechnology applications (a laser pattern generator for photomask manufacturing) and other invaluable help was kindly provided by Micronic Laser Systems PLC.
IPR
Since 1998 Patent Agency Pitkänen has taken care of the routines related to intellectual property rights.
